Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can certainly understand how concerning it can be when a transaction is flagged for something like this. Was this flagged on PayPal's end or was this flagged on the merchant's end? If it was on PayPal's end, you would have received an email or some kind of notification from us requesting some kind of documentation or information regarding that activity on the account.
Normally you'll see those kind of requests in our Resolution Center. If you don't see anything there, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.

Thanks JonK,The transaction was flagged on the merchant's end, but i don't understand why the merchant do not refund me directly.Anyway,I can see my refund in paypal now.
