I have been a loyal customer since over than one year with paypal, with no problems at all, than once i did not have enough money in my account, i tried to clear this up with you but the customer service was so aggressive, unfriendly and at the ned she hanged up the phone and blocked my account!!

Is that normal that if i got in conflict with one of the terrible customer service employees, than she can immediately block my account! I had a problem and she could not even clear this up, than there was a misunderstanding and my reply was, that Paypal is only eligible to act as per the agreement and if there si something against the agreement than i may only sue them, and she said that i am threatening the company and she blocked my account!

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link. (if available in your country).

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
