I need help. I recently purchased something as a guest with the paypal invoices and the seller scammed me. He called me racial slurs then blocked me. Im trying to get my money back but I really need help figuring it out.

I tried to make a new account to contact support on live chat

live chat said they couldnt find the transaction and to call support

I cannot speak italian, only english so I told them this. They told me to call the UK support instead

The UK support would not help me claiming they cant see my account information.

What do i do? I tried calling the italian number but I cannot navigate through the menus as my italian is very bad (Ive only been living here for a month)

it was only 50 dollars. Do i just let this racist scammer have the money? Ive spent hours researching and its not even worth it at this point. Can anyone please help me

MY ACCOUNT IS ITALIAN BTW

If you see a PayPal transaction on your credit or debit card statement, but don’t have a PayPal account, or can’t find the transaction in your PayPal account, it’s likely that your payment was completed through our guest checkout.

A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, but you weren’t logged into your PayPal account at the time of the purchase.

You can create a PayPal account by clicking Activate PayPal Now in the email you received at the time of your purchase. Once your account is created, you can open a dispute.

If you have a problem with your guest transaction and want to open a dispute, go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem. The Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not the PayPal app.

You still can’t open a dispute or can’t get in contact with PayPal to open a dispute, then do a chargeback through your card issuer for item not received or not as described.

Click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.

Or reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter:
