I bought what I thought was a code for a game from g2a but it turned out to be steam account. If you read the fine print (which you have to scroll way down to see) it does say that, but at the top it claims that it "can be activated in the UK" and it has the "GLOBAL" tag (pics below)which only applys to game keys. This makes me fell like I've been finessed and bought something that's not what it was portrayed to be unless you scroll down to read the fine print near the bottom. The thing is that you do not activate a steam account but you do activate a code which is why I thought it was a game code in the first place. Thoughts ?
I have disputed this but paypal went in favor of the seller.
I am not happy with this decision and think it's the wrong one. This is my first disputed claim so I wanna know how I can take this further or If there is anything else I can do.

You filed the wrong type of claim. Change the claim reason to “significantly not as described (SNAD)” through customer service but observe what is considered SNAD or not SNAD: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/buyer-protection#snad-claims
And also ineligible transactions:

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
