is there a way to block ebay from using my paypal account

I am disputing an ebay refund to a buyer. can i block ebay from taking money from my paypal account?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issue with your eBay dispute and want to stop them from deducting funds from your account. In case if you have billing agreement with eBay here how you cancel your billing agreement, so that they can deduct from your account.
