so i recently bought a rust account and after like a hour of talking to the seller i changed my mind because the account wasn't full access so i started an case to get a refund then he told me to close it which i did because in the description it was written that it wasn't full access but no problem that was my bad.. but then 2 days later i see someone playing on the account the seller gave me (note: this is NOT in the product description) so i contact him and i got logged out of the account and he let me login again which i did and he told me he would talk to me in the morning, i then saw that someone STILL was playing but on steam you can connect to the player computer seeing and controlling his screen so i connected to the person playing and i opened up an notepad and the guy was scared as expected so i explained the situation and gave him my discord and disconnected from his pc then on discord he told me he bought a rust account from the same guy i bought from... so i contacted him yet again and for an entire week he ignored me until i said il open a refund case then he replied saying "I have to cover the cost so it will be among 2 guys only. Some other accounts are played among 6 guys. So I think I didn't bother you too much.. If you can't play sometimes online then you can play Offline and save your Game saves in your local drive. Pls understand" now remember the first guy who bought which i connected to he didn't play anymore and left the account but after 2 days another person played on the account i told him that its an scam and i wanted to keep the product but after this incident i change my mind. so then i told him i cant let another person play on the account i play on my progress is saved on it he said: "Let me think and come back" its been 4 days and he keeps ignoring me i don't know what to do i started an chat but it was inactive so it closed on PayPal support i really need help from someone i bought the account from this person https://difmark.com/en/profile/SZA_Gamekeys i really need answers... like i said i opened a case once and i cant open it again i need my money back what do i do?
Nothing you can do in terms of PayPal because you closed the dispute, not PayPal closing it. If you paid with card, you can do a chargeback as chargeback terms are much broader than PayPal’s dispute terms.
