Account permanently limited and freezed for almost 3 years

Hello everyone,

Nearly 3 years ago, my PayPal account was permanently limited with a balance of over €10,000. Since then, I’ve made over 100 calls to customer service, submitting all the requested documentation multiple times. However, I haven’t been able to recover my money or get a clear response from PayPal.

Every time I upload the requested documents, I’m told they’ll be reviewed in 3-5 days, but years have passed without any resolution. All my requests for help seem to go unanswered, and it feels like PayPal has no intention of solving the issue.

I'm from Spain, and I would like to know if anyone has experienced something similar and if they were able to find a solution, as I’m really desperate to get my money back.

I just had my account deactivated with a $100 balance, have no idea why.

My account is also awaiting validation with a delay of “3 to 5 days” but it's been weeks and I'm getting a little desperate,

are there really no solutions?
