I received a notification from PayPal to verify my identification, I sent my ID's scanned copy. But after few hours I received another notification sayin "
You can't use PayPal anymore".
Please help me resolve this issue, I have searched everywhere but could not found how to get in touch with customer service. I am an expatiate in UAE.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
Seeking help with my limited account I received a notification yesterday that my account has been permanently limited due to the following reasons: 1. It looks like this account was created by an underage person. 2. It looks like this account was created by a resident of a country where we don't accept customers yet. I feel these two reasons are not applicable since I am not underage. I had attached proof of my national identification card to confirm this. I am also from Kenya, one of the countries you're known for offering your services in. I am a digital marketer offering web design and writing services to clients worldwide. This limitation means I can't offer my services anymore, so your help to lift this limitation would be highly appreciated. Please advise me on the next steps to take
