Hello,
I received a notification from PayPal to verify my identification, I sent my ID's scanned copy. But after few hours I received another notification sayin "
You can't use PayPal anymore".
Please help me resolve this issue, I have searched everywhere but could not found how to get in touch with customer service. I am an expatiate in UAE.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
