An inexplicable expense

This morning I noticed an inexplicable expense. This is a new business account linked only to my bank information. I have never made any purchases through PayPal or authorized any information. When I tried to dispute this transaction, I was told it was authorized and my dispute was rejected. It shows that I purchased a gift card, but I don’t know this company at all and haven’t made any purchases. This is a fraud. How can I request a refund?
