Asos did not refund the money and blocked the account , Paypal did the same thing

I ordered things from asos, but had to return them, I returned the goods, it took more than 15 days, I wrote to support to help, they approved the refund, but the next day they blocked the account, then I went to paypal, I opened a dispute there, but after a few days they rejected my dispute and blocked the account. What should I do in this situation?

Which dispute type did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim or did it time out at 20 days?

- I received an item or service that was different or not as described But my reason initially sounds different, because I returned the goods, and the asos account blocked and did not return the money, but there was no similar reason to open a dispute in PayPal

Paypal don't get involved in disputes until they have been escalated to a claim.

So if it closed then it would have been done by you agreeing with the merchant a solution to the issue OR it auto closed at 20 days.
