Buyee

Need help! Hello, more than 4 months ago I have shipped a big package from buyee via sea mail, I didn't pay for the extra plans and opted for the basic 0 yen plan (rookie mistake) I recently sent them an inquiry asking to open an investigation with Japan post about the lost package and they gave me a response basically saying "you didn't pay for the scummy cashgrab plans so we can't do anything about it". I paid for all of the items in the package via PayPal. Basically im asking, does PayPal have any policy that says that any shopping site is liable for lost parcel regardless of the microscopic tiny letters on the buyee page that say otherwise or am I cooked? (Btw I don't have anything in the buyee werehouse or that is planned to get there) Thanks :"""")

In the event of a dispute for non receipt of item, the seller would need to provide a tracking number showing delivery of the item to the buyer to win.

You don't have to send with tracking but its at your own risk.
