Hi, I have seen a laptop on Facebook Market place & agreed a deal with seller. The seller has asked for payment to be made via PayPal before posting it out to me. From reading some posts on the forum, I would like to verify that I would be covered if the item does not arrive. As long as the goods / services have been selected when making the transaction & not using a credit card. Further I have also seen a post about PayPal.me link, or should I advise the seller to send me this? Please advise, I don’t want to do anything wrong whereby I am not covered under buyer protection.
