Buyer is committing fraud 10k closed case in his favor I have proof!

Buyer claims item not received I have tracking numbers uploaded showing delivery and signed pod by buyer case closed in his favor even after providing proof pictures receipts etc… buyer didn’t provide nothing now I have no money and no merchandise $10,000 invoice I got **bleep** on please help how do I go to arbitration or can anyone help get my merchandise back
