Can’t withdraw funds after 180 days

Hi everyone, my PayPal account was permanently closed 6 months ago and I have recieved an email stating that my funds are withdrawable. Though, I can’t add a bank/card to my account to withdraw the funds. Paypal live support is always offline. They told me yesterday to message them today at 9AM and now they’re telling me to message them tomorrow at 9AM… Twitter support replied but told me to use the chat since they’re unable to help. Please let me know if anyone had the same issues or if anyone can help me!

I have the same issue and they called me to advise how to transfer the funds...their advice didnt work ,they seemed out of solution and now they ignore my emails......they still holding my money..been almost a year,i feel like they want to possess my funds later on if they are unclaimed....
