Cannot log in to my account and the email address linked to account has mysteriously been changed?

I cannot log in to my other Paypal account. And when I try to reset password, it wants to send a code to an email address that isn't mine. 
I have not changed my security email address associated with this account. I think I may have been hacked. 
How do I get Paypal to look into this?

Check the link and if using the phone option select ''guest option'' as you can't log in.
