6 charges from Apple through Paypal were the original purchase. There were insufficient funds so Paypal requested money from my bank account to help with the negative balance. This makes sense. But every few days Paypal requests the same charges again, duplicating the bill and removing almost 700$ from my bank account. I am being charged almost 4x the original purchases. This is ridiculous and my bank has said that Paypal is continuously requesting funds, which triggers my bank to deny the request as I am now almost -1000 in debt and then does it again causing fees on both sides. This is insane. What am I supposed to do when PayPal tells me it's my bank and my bank is saying it's Paypal and neither side is interested in helping me figure this out?
