Hi. I recently bought something from a seller, he wasn't responding for a week so I just tried getting a refund but they denied and it was a closed case. Now the seller reached out to me and said that his PC burned down and he said that I opened a dispiute which was correct but it was already a closed case in the favor of him but he said that he owes the amount of money to paypal and that I need to close the dispute even tho it's closed ? Can someone help please ?
