Description not showing on receipt

I've set up Paypal on my website, and I've noticed a discrepancy in my customer's receipt email. The customer receipts only displays the transaction ID, purchase date, and price. The item description is missing entirely. While the transaction confirmation I received shows the item description perfectly, including the description, unit price, quantity, and amount. It all appears fine in the email I received. I want my customers to receive the same level of detail so they know what they paid for.

What can I do to edit the receipt received by the customer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.!
