Echeque and sent the item. Buyer paid by echeque hadnt seen this before and assumed paypal had just chanfed the name of a payment. I organised and sent the item. I checked for the payment and its still showing as echeque and hasnt cleared the account. Now i sent the item by tracked signature delivery just in case a buyer was to try and raise an issue. But now im worried as ive sent it before the echeques cleared they can cancel the pYment. The buyer has recieved and signed for the item. two things: Can the buyer cancel the echeque or and if so or if it bounces am I protected in any way

Paypal always give you a clearance date when you receive an echeque and its up to you if you want to risk it and send the item first.
For low cost items I usually do take the risk but for pricier items I wait.
Buyer can't cancel the payment but if they don't have enough in their bank account to 'fund' the echeque then it will fail.
All you can do is await echeque clearance, odds are all will be ok.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
