GTHW App - Fraudulent subscription payment

As others, I had to pay 3 times 19,68 USD for the Headway App without subscribing to it. Did anybody get their money back? Please let me know.

 Have you got a subscription set up that you need to cancel?.

 

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Hey there, I’ve has the same experience! I just noticed a payment to GTHW app today, turns out that was the third payment! I definitely have not signed up to anything. I have just contacted the seller by following the instructions on PayPal, have you done similar? I will keep this post up to date, I’m really angry and I plan on getting my money back. RCJ

I totally understand your concern about the payments getting debited towards the service which you've not signed up. It looks like you've created a Billing Agreement/subscription with the seller during a checkout. A billing agreement authorizes a merchant to take payment from a customer's PayPal account when they make a purchase from the merchant’s website. You can view subscription set up in your PayPal account by following the steps shared by @kernowlass or review this article for more information on subscription payments. 

 

If you see the subscription set up with the seller, please cancel it to avoid the future payments and request the refund from the seller for the debited charges from the seller. If you don't see any subscription with the seller in your PayPal account, please report these unauthorized charges in the resolution center of your PayPal account. PayPal will investigate the charges and update you the details via email within 10 days.
