Hi all. PayPal closed my account for a reason unknown to me. Afterwards, I thought to wait 180 days and withdraw my money, but they opened a dispute against me. I won this dispute and the money was returned to my PayPal balance. I have to wait 30 days before I can withdraw my money, but PayPal withdraws all my money and argues that this is an “adjustment”, what should I do?
Will I be able to get my money back?
Will I be able to withdraw my money?

You would need to ask customer services the answer to that one as it is account related.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
