hi I made an investment with a withdrawal request on paypal now they told me this can you help me I currently live in Italy and the company with which I made the investment is foreign The transaction is on pending because there is an international tax fee of $300 for you to pay for the transaction before PayPal can allow the money ( $5200 ) enter into your PayPal account

Sounds like a SCAM to me, have you actually sent the funds / what does it say on your paypal account for that transaction.

I actually made a foreign investment and they told me that this international tax on international transfers is imposed by government policies and not by PayPal. to pay because the appointment is an online business, they sent my investment on PayPal and it is pending for them because we have to pay this tax

Sorry but as I said sounds like a scam, they have already got your investment and now trying to scam you for more?

Think you need to double check the 'investment' company very carefully before doing anything else.
