I paid for my original trial membership on my AMEX card thru PayPal and then asked to have my subscription canceled. The following month PayPal charged a different Visa card for the canceled subscription. This has been going on for months and I am unable to get either Actitech or PayPal to quit charging me for this service. I canceled again this morning thru the Actitech customer service email. I dont know what else I can do except call my credit card company again and get them to stop the transaction.
