My account was restricted for 180 days , so to get the money sooner I have refunded the payment to my buyers account. now his account also restricted, and it said minus balance on my buyers account, buyer just informed me?
NOW
1. Why my buyers account got restricted after I refunded the money to get sooner?
2. Why his account now negtive balanace , it's around -$14,534.60 ?
3. Can I get back the refunded money to my account again?

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out). 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
