How to get money out of my frozen account?

Hi,

a few months back my account got frozen/banned, and now I got an Email from Paypal that says I can transfer the funds of the account to my bank account. However, I do not have a bank account connected to that account, and neither can I add a new bank account, I assume due to the Paypal account being banned. What am I supposed to do to get the money back?

Business account in Germany, if that matters.

You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.

So your best option is to contact customer services and ask them to link a card or bank account for you.
