Hello,
I am in debt to Paypal. I would like to pay this debt. However, this is not possible for me.
Paypal has terminated its business relationship with me, i.e. they closed my account. The reason is that my account was created as a minor. However, I still have 50 euros in debt that is impossible to pay off. If I want to deposit money into my Paypal account via bank transfer, it gets transferred back without comment. Another Paypal user cannot transfer money either to my account. The reason is probably because, as mentioned, Paypal has dissolved the business relationship and my account is no longer real.
It sounds very irritating and wrong, closing an account with debts and not providing any means of paying off the debts. I would really like to pay off my debts. After all, I don't want to alienate Paypal, especially since I created a new account (as I was allowed to do). But how should I pay off the debts on a closed account?
Best regards
Julian W.

They may have already passed the debt to a debt collection agency who will contact you to pay the amount + any fees.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @Rexon112
Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here!
I’m sorry to hear that your account is limited permanently. You cannot make any transactions while your account is limited. As mentioned by @kernowlass , if your PayPal account balance is negative for an extended period of time, PayPal may pass this debt to a collection agency. If you've not contacted by any collection agency yet, I would suggest you to contact the support team to help you with the alternate ways to clear the negative balance in your account. You can find the contact options to reach the team here : How do I contact PayPal Customer Service?
Thanks for your help here @kernowlass!
Good luck,
Bindu
