Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

Update: After several email back and forths, ActiTech has refunded the most recent charge, as a 'one time exception', LOL.

The only workout this service provided was the one required to get my money back.

Has anyone else on the forum had this message when trying to contact Actitechlimited? The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.' Also, does anyone have a phone number I can have for them. Just realised they have been taking money from my account since September 2022. Definately don't remember agreeing to a subscription. Have no fitness apps on my devices. Any help appreciated. Thanks Voyager22

I'm having the same problem.  Signed up for the trial and then cancelled, but they have continued to charge me.  STEAMING MAD.  I have only 1 fitness program I have continued with.  All others, I have used the trial period and then cancelled.  I NEVER go beyond the trial period.  Trying to get reimbursement from Paypal.  Irritating.

Same happened to me 30.99 taken and I'd never signed up to anything except a free trial that I immediate cancelled - definitely . PayPal have turned to JUNK they don't help with ANYTHING. The latest is I can't send my money back to my bank account "bad instrument" error coming up. I have never had problems like this up until this new "look" PayPal app. All I did was change credit cards and add the new one , then delete the original so the money should go to my card but it is asking me for the IBAN in my account then says it's a bad instrument? What? What does that even MEAN ????

i have had a similar issue, downloaded Muscle Boost from the Apple App store, and when I saw the monthly cost did not register.  Here I am in January and have noticed they have been taking nearly 30£ per month for 9 months.  Contacted them and was told I downloaded a diet App from their Website.  When I challenge they have come back and offered half my money back.

I downloaded a free trial app FastEasy, and they charged it immediately to my bank account. I didn't give them my account details. I guess they used my google pay accounts details. The app doesn't allow me to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it after six months. The only way to cancel the payment was to cancel the pre-approved payment in PayPal. I saw there are more people affected by ACTITECH. How is it possible this is still happening after a lot of disputes? Any chance of getting a refund?

We've all been asking that of PayPal but they don't respond even though itis clearly the fraudulent activity that PayPal was originally designed to protect the client from. I've personally taken PayPal method of paying for any goods off the table due to their no response to this huge issue.
I now only use it to send money to relatives/friends.
