Is Actitech Ltd linked to a fitness app?

Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

They did the same to me! But I never ordered their product. I finally got to speak to someone about this. My account was paid up so I never went back to look at my account till today and saw this

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Yes, I also didn’t realize they had been charging my PayPal account for 6 months, so I am definitely seeking a refund!

Unlikely Actitech will refund you unfortunately, they are one of these scam China websites that sell tat.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel.

As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.
If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

I HAVE NOTICED YESTERDAY THAT FOR 16 MONTHS I VE BEEN CHARGE A SUBSCRIPTION BY A COMPANY NAMED ACTITECH LIMITED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.

HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN. AND IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE. I ALREADY CANCEL WITH PAYPAL THAT SUBSCRIPTION BUT PAYPAL ONLY RESPOND FOR 180 DAYS IT MEANS 6 MONTS. I VE BEEN CHARGED ALMOST $30.00 FOR 16 MONTHS.
