Does anyone know who Actitech are and why they took unauthorised money from my Paypal? Is it possibly a yoga/fitness app I purchased for half the amount (to trial it)and now they are just taking money automatically?!

I canceled the subscription today so I had better not get another charge in three months. I read on this forum that Actitech keeps billing. Hopefully Paypal will stop them from taking from my account or Actitech will honor my cancelation. They already charged me $66 today for something I do not want.

It is really difficult to cancel or contact. I do not even remember subscribing to it. I was able to cancer payment from paypal site, but was not able to do anything from the company site. Any time I try to go "manage payments", it sends me to the new profile build page. never remember getting any communication from them either, so it is pretty much a scum.

I am 80 yrs old and in a wheelchair. Absolutely had nothing to do with this. The company is out of Cyprus. Just a huge fraud.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.
