Is Altrixl ltd a spoof

Purchased an item on my Paypal account from Altrixl.com IS THIS A SPOOF COMPANY ? And if so why do PayPal allow payment to people such as the above mentioned ?

What the 'merchant' states on their site is between you and the merchant to sort out.

If they say returns available and they don't keep to that then you have the option to take them to the small claims court (or similar if you have that option in your country). However that would normally only work if the seller was in the same country as you. But most of these Social Media merchants selling tat on Facebook etc are in China so that would not be an option.

If you can't resolve it with the merchant and decide to see if Paypal will help you then the return is on you as per their buyer protection.

I got scammed today  Cannot be contacted, emails don't work

no phone numbers, ads on FB - lies - NOT IN AUSTRALIA.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, PAYPAL NOTIFIED, NOTHING IN REPLY

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT PAYPAL HAS NOT PICKED UP ON THIS SCAM AND SHUT THEM OFF FROM PAYPAL
