Is Paypal working with HopShopGo?

I have been using HopShopGo as it is working with PayPal but there seem to be a problem with HopShopGo as all packages delivered and never updated to my assigned suite and no more livechat agent and nobody replying my emails for more than a week. 

I think PayPal should investigate and revert what is happening.

I am adding my voice to this thread because I have packages sitting in my account waiting to be shipped and there is no option on the checkout page to even process my payment to ship. I wrote to them four days ago notifying them of the problem to check out - and radio silence. I have over 2k worth of goods I am trying to have shipped. I urge everyone reading this right now to create a paper trail - screenshot all of your account information and the packages and their values in case they shut down the business and try to run off with our goods. We can all work together and file a lawsuit but keep track of everything now. Hoping PayPal offers us protection as well.

I have the same issue. Never had a problem with any deliveries until last month. Delivery addressed changed without warning and parcel returned to sender. New parcel sent to new address and fedex confirmed delivery, but not recorded as received by HopShopGo. I have another parcel that has been received, having used Buyforme, but I need the other parcel before I can ship. No response to my email, not even a generic “We’ve received your email” type response. As I haven’t yet paid for shipping, does anyone know how I could still raise a dispute via paypal? Very disappointing and concerned so many of us are experiencing issues and there appears to be no solution/no indication of what’s occurring. Is also noticed the telephone number of the new address recently changed.

I am sorry to hear that you all are experiencing this. If you think that this website is potentially fraudulent then please report it to us. If you click here and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the email address and details on how to report a website. Once reported our team will investigate. For data protection reasons we would not be able to advise of the outcome but if it is fraudulent or doing anything that is against our policies then we will take action in the background.

Thank you for your response. I believe you have totally misinterpreted the issue. The discussion and concern isnt about any particular fraud or fraudulent company. It is in regard to HopShopGo, a freightforwarder company wholly owed by Paypal.  Participants of this discussion have been using HopShopGo for years without any problem but are suddenly faced support queries not being responded to and accounts not being updated with packages received  for days with status unknown and generally behaving as if the company is no longer in operation. Since the HopShopGo website and support platform itself are non-responsive, we are hoping that its owner/parent company ie Paypal, may be able to check on this and provide update on the current status of HopShopGo. If you are directly employed by Paypal as this community moderator, is it possible for you to get in touch with the management and highlight this issue and provide an official statement on the matter ?

u can message and get a reply thru comgateway which have taken over HSG which are very slow to do anything.
