how do we contact Paypal to tell about scams, why not display an icon on the dashboard?

is it posible to report scams sent in Paypals name to Paypal, surely there should be a simple way to inform them and the community.

Most scams don't involve the paypal site, they are done via fake paypal emails or texts etc.
