Login Issues There is another phone number associated with my account bc I got the notification. I have a screenshot of this. I have someone illegally watching and remote into my phone and they also added a 2nd IPv6 to my cellular account. Since you have this number in your logs and show my device has that phone number. I need to know the whole phone number so I can get this **bleep** hacker taken care of by property authorities.

I'm sorry to hear that someone has accessed your PayPal account and phone without your permission. From a different device, please log into your PayPal account to reset your password and security questions. After doing so, you can file an unauthorized dispute by following the instructions on our Help Center here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? You can also learn how to set up 2-Step Verification and remove a phone number on our Help Center.
After you've secured your account, I recommend running a malware scan on your phone and removing any unknown applications. We protect your personal information from being reviewed in your account. However, if you reach out to Customer Support they should be able to help you with the phone number after verifying your identity. You can find the different options to contact Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website.
