Margin holdings a scam ?

Margin holdings limited charging my account without approval or ordering anything...? This company is not a legit company and is a scam.  will PayPal reverse these charges?

I just received two items, that I never ordered, some type of cheap power washer for cars.....they sent two.   The label only provides the name of a Shipping Dept in Franklin Parks, IL.   The only information inside is a care from Modern Lifestyle Shop.........I've never heard of them, and definitely did not order from them. I called and told the representative I never ordered from them, he asked for my phone number, and email address, and again I told him, I never ordered from them......He said I must have, and foolishly I did give him my phone number and email address, and told him again, I did order these things, and I want to return them, and if they charged any of my accounts, credit or bank, it want a refund immediately. 

He then went on to tell me they would send a Return Package label to me, but offered me to keep the products and only pay 50%, I said no I don't want them, send me return postage label, he kept going, trying to get me to keep products and now pay only 75%?????  I knew I was scammed, and then told him I was calling police and making report, and hung up.  NOw scared as I had given him my phone number and email  So,  I checked my bank account, my Amazon account and nothing was listed there, But just now,  I checked my PayPal account, and lo and behold, there are 3 different charges from Margin Holdings, I never ordered from, and they apparently were placed earlier in June, but today it is now showing a REFUND for all 3 of those charges???????   I think Margin Holdings and  Modern Lifestyle Shop are one and the same.   If I didn't receive this pkg, and realized I never ordered it, and called these people, I would not have checked my PayPal account.  I think when the representative heard me yelling that this was a scam and I making a police report, they quickly put the refunds in for three charges, that I never made......  I want to make sure they cannot access  my account again.   I am going to try and call customer Service at PayPal about this.   Be Aware People, and check your PayPal accounts daily if not weekly.

Margin Ltd showed up randomly on my PayPal credit and I've never even heard of them and they are charging me 120$ ?? Like WHAT? DOES PAYPAL FIX THIS BC I DIDNT PUTCHASE THIS AND I HATE TECHNOLOGY SOMETIMES FML

The same thing happened to me.  On Paypal, you can "remove paypal" as payer in the menu.  Also, I called Margin Holdings (just look them up for email and/or phone) . I called and cancelled.  They will try to keep you with the monthly subscription and keep offering better and better discounts for their electronic products.

Yup! Same happened to me. I went to my PayPal account and followed the recommendation on this thread to cancel the autopay feature to this company. There, you’ll also see a contact email and phone number to reach Margin Holdings. I called them and canceled with them, as well, as also recommended. They DO try to offer further discounts to remain subscribed, which I denied until finally cancelled. Apparently, if you bought a product with them, you accepted a monthly subscription fee for deals offered, monthly. I don’t remember accepting any such subscription and they won’t refund that fee, so I simply accepted my first monthly subscription fee of $9.99 as a loss and cancelled to reduce any future losses, at least!!!
