My account got limited after kyc

My account limited say I'm under 18 after kyc but I'm 21 now. How i resolve this problem. At message center always says all agent offline now come tomorrow 9:00:00 am and if I try tomorrow it shows same message. Anyone help me please

The point is were you under 18 when you opened that paypal account?

If you were then that account will always be permanently limited as an illegally opened minor account.

If you are over 18 now then you would need to ask customer services if you can only another paypal account, they may or may not agree as you have already broken their rules once. So best to ask so the new account doesn't get limited as well?
