Need to dispute a charge made through PayPal that is not appearing in my resolution center

Hello community, I find myself in a bad spot and am not sure how or even if I can resolve this.  Back on 11/29/2023 I put a deposit down for a vendor booth for an event that was scheduled to occur this October 2024 for my 1099 side 3D printing business.  I have a receipt from PayPal as I made the payment using my account and one of my saved payment methods.  I have come to find out after not being able to contact anyone from the group organizing the event that they may have folded and the event has been canceled.  I have not received a refund for my deposit nor have I had any communication with the group.  Their website is down, they do not respond to emails, and their phone line is no longer active.  My last thought was to open a dispute through PayPal but this charge does not appear in my resolution center so I cannot open a dispute.  As stated, I have a receipt from PayPal with a transaction ID and a Merchant transaction ID on it.  I am a bit lost for what to do and I would like to recoup those funds if at all possible.  Turning to the community to see what my options may be.

You are out of time unfortunately as you only have up to 180 days post payment to open a paypal dispute and you are passed that time frame now.
