Paddle.com charged me even after I cancelled the subscription two moths earlier

Hi,
Recently I was charged fraudulently by a company called Paddle.com. I reported the same to Paypal. Someone investigated and came to the conclusion that the transaction is “authorized” which is “not true”. Here is the proof with the timeline.
Few months back I subscribed to Paddle.com for their Mac product CleanMyMac X and later decided to discontinue the subscription. The application was a bit sticky (unlike other Mac applications) and I had some hard time to get rid of that. Noticing its malware like behavior I became a little annoyed but somehow got rid of the application. Also I went to my Paypal portal and cancelled the application on October 21, 2020. (Already shared the screenshots of the cancellation with Paypal.)
From the Paypal “Manage Automatic Payment” section I found that the last payment was made in August and I was sure that this is the end.
On December 27, I found this $9 charge on my account, The amount is not big but this is clear fraud. I reported the same to Paypal and below if the complaint number:
Case update: PP-I-130XXXXXX
Paypal replied that the charge is “authorized”!!!
Being more suspicious I googled and found the below links where many others reported the same issue with Paddle.com and Paypal took the Paddle’s side always.

Then I found this forum.
Asking Paypal - will you please reinvestigate the case and blacklist this scam company called Paddle? I am not worried about my $9 but worried about the destruction of the trust factor so many people like me built on Paypal for so many years.
