I am trying to cancel a subscription to Cerebrum Iq. They are denying I have a subscription but are taking money via PayPal. I have received no message from this company regarding a welcome message or trial ends message. I have cancelled it on paypal but would paypal still send it even if its against my consent? It's making me very worried. Thank you
They shouldn't send it if you have cancelled it or marked it as inactive BUT keep an eye on your subscriptions in your paypal account to make sure the company does not re-add it without your consent.

I keep trying to cancel the subscription, but I speak to a human its on a chatbot that keeps informing me that if the email is correct then its showing that I have no subscriptions. I raised it with paypal and they have said that I have no claim as the transaction was processed correctly. How are they able to do that if they are saying I have no subscriptions? thanks for getting back to me, its making me ill with worry.
