PayPal loss recovery stolen £290

PayPal have stolen £290 off me . How do I get this back. This is stealing

They can take loss recovery if you have broken their user agreement or acceptable use policy.

Unfortunately you legally agreed to those terms when you opened your paypal account.

Advice is voluntary.
