Hi, I was trying to buy something on a website when I received a message saying "there's an issue with our payment gateway please contact us" I did that and the site has sent me a one off paypal payment link. The link starts with https://www.paypal.com/invoice/p/#............. and then the number. How do I know if this is a scam?
