PayPal won’t refund me for papaya gaming

Hi, so PayPal refuses to help me because even though they did not inform me that they were pulling from my bank account when I tried using my card, because I clicked the button I’m at fault. The game I paid is basically shady and I really need the money back but no one is helping on either end. Anyone have any advice? I have called several times and they say that they can’t do anything to help me, even though I’m not satisfied with my purchase or the whole situation at hand. Anyone else have this problem?

We understand that you want to transfer out your money from Gaming app to your PayPal account. Most of the gaming sites scam people by asking a fee to get your earning you have at that site. They will ask for fee and will not give you money. Check for the reviews and do some extra research for those sites before making any payments. 

Also, if you found the site to be valid and going to withdraw the funds to your PayPal account then I suggest reviewing the Acceptable Use Policy of PayPal along with the help centre article to understand the policy of PayPal. If you feel the payout is as per the PayPal policy then I recommend you to refer the help centre article to know the details related to receiving a PayPal payout via an app.
