The same happened to me. It is a scam. In my case it did not go through my Paypal account at all, but appeared on my bank account through my card, under name PAYPAL *CARDDELIVER.
It is a fraudulent payment because somebody stole your card information. You need to block your credit/debit card asap and contact your bank. At some banks, card payments can be cancelled within 24 hours, if not, you need to file a fraudulent payment with your bank. And ask for a new credit card as you will never use the "stolen" one ever again.
