I've been permanently limited for one single transaction that was paid to me goods and services for an online service and then they put in a dispute that they didn't receive item. I've responded to the dispute and I have evidence they received it but tried to pull a fast one now my account is limited they haven't responded to my answer and my PayPal is permanently limited but I can't get a real person to help me it's all ai going round in circles can anyone point me in the right direction?

If paypal accounts were limited because sellers have had a dispute there would be no sellers left using paypal.
You do not get banned permanently for losing x1 dispute.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
