Hello @Pk98,
Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for writing in. I would recommend reviewing the transaction to see if the transaction was actually refunded or not. If it was not refunded during that dispute and you closed the case - or the case was closed in the receiver's favor, you don't need to do anything else for the funds to be released back to the receiver. If you have a transaction that has been refunded for any reason, dispute or initiated by the receiver, you'd need to send another payment.
