paypal refunded me due to unauthorized charges. my bank/card issuer was closed right when the fraud charges were made ,and told papal they don’t have record of any refund due to the account being closed before they sent the refund . it’s was may 2023 that this all happen . account was closed june2 2023 paypal sent the refund july 25 2023. It’s now sept 25 and still paypal can’t find where the refund went . What should i do ? it’s almost 2k they owe me .
