Refund not showing in activity and no email even though seller sent screenshot?

Hello, I recently made a purchase using goods and services on Facebook that didn't work out so the seller and I agreed to a refund. The seller sent me a screenshot of the refund, but I have not recieved an email confirmation and my activity still shows the tranaction as completed, not refunded. This was about an hour ago, should I be concerned? Thank you

I understand that you're worried about the refund not reflecting in your account. When a seller issues a refund, you will be updated the refund details via email and the status of the payment will show as refunded. As you've not received any email confirmation and the status also shows as completed, you can dispute the transaction for not receiving the refund in the resolution center as you've sent the payment as goods & services payment.
