Reporting dangerous accounts.

How can I report a PayPal account using their services to sell pornographic content/access to minors? The account has been up for more than a year, but PayPal hasn't taken it down, how can I report it?

Click legal bottom of paypal pages > acceptable use policy > there is a link on the word report to report violations of that policy.

I don't have a transaction id though? I don't have that and never will since I don't wanna support such criminal activity.

So is there no option to report such content? It saddens me seeing this especially since PayPal "takes" child exploitation seriously.
