Hi, i wonder if someone can help me please. A customer from overseas purchased a product from me but it hasn't been delivered to them. The customer ended up opening a dispute without reaching out to me first. I supplied a postal receipt as evidence in the resolution center and also sent the relevant information to the PostOffice to make a claim - item lost or undelivered. I have now been successful in claiming full amount from Royal Mail but if the customer wins the case he will get a refund and i will loose out on the loss of the product. Does anyone know how i go about sending a message to the buyer through the resolution center - as i want to send the customer another product instead of the refund?
