Restricted account, address documents are refused.

Hello all,

My account has been limited and PayPal ask me to prove my ID and address. I sent my ID doc and it has been approved but my address documents are systematically refused. I live in Senegal, my home address and pro address are same, i have no energy invoice as it prepaid system, i sent my National Identity Card and my Passeport where my address is displayed but PayPal refuses them, I sent my official Property doc but PayPal refuses it too. How can i justify my address please ?

I tried to reach the Customer Service but each time nobody is available, I'm stuck.

PayPal is really bad at customer support. I had something similar happen and they literally just told me to use one of their competitors. You're probably out of luck. Check out CashApp or Zelle. You probably won't have as many problems.
