Sent money from fidelity app and I cant get the money back.

I sent money from fidelity to here in exchange for a service, they did not do the service and I want to know if I could backcharge them even if I didn't use a paypal account to give them the money since I did it through the fedelity app. I already contacted fedility and they sent it has already been sent and I need to contact Paypal. Paypal is saying they do not see the order since I did it off of fidelity. Someone please Help.

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear a recent transfer you sent through Fidelity didn't go as you had expected. It sounds like you were sending money from your Fidelity account to someone else's PayPal account - is that right? If so, and you do not see the transaction on your PayPal account, PayPal normally wouldn't be able to research that transaction from our end on your behalf. I would recommend reaching back out to Fidelity to see what options may be available.
